The Structure of our Athletic Sports Camps
There is a specific purpose with each workout and each day will bring something new. The workouts will vary from a non-stop heart pounding workout, to days where you will get more rest and work on your top-end speed, while other days we will work on your explosiveness and acceleration. We will focus on correct running form, give you a great warm-up routine to take with you, and much more! All of this with the end result being a more explosive, faster athlete that will be able to achieve better results in their respective sports!

Accelerate Omaha offers a cutting edge speed, agility,
and fitness class for all athletes and kids looking to
improve. At Accelerate Omaha camps, you will be doing
workouts on playing surfaces similar to what the
athlete experiences in games. We will put you in
situations similar to what you experience in different
sports, and we will work on improving your "game
speed". By working out on a similar surface and in
game-like situations, the athlete will be better
prepared for the demands that their sport requires.
Not only will we be performing drills to help the
athlete, but we will give them different cues and
strategies to help their quickness and acceleration.
In all drills and exercises performed, there will be a
strong emphasis on form. Better form will translate
into faster times and better body control. It will
also decrease the chances of injury while doing the
exercises, and more importantly, when they are on
their own.
